Kauai Beach Condo Guide
You can choose from studios, 1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR units. This combination of size and convenience makes it a very affordable Kauai accommodation for families and groups. It sure is a perfect fit for our family. Kauai has a great selection of condominiums...and almost all of them are right on the beach...making them Kauai Beach Condos! Some people designate them as cottages, villas, or vacation rentals. They are all basically very similar with maybe a few minor differences. To make things simple, I'll just call them all condos. I have categorized them by the following price tiers:
Tip--Here's something to keep in mind that may help you. Kauai in general is very quiet and mellow, but...The north and west shores of Kauai feel even more isolated. The south and east shores are centrally located and are more lively. The south side, where Poipu is located, is considered to be the sunnier side. Personally, I've always liked the south or east shores because I prefer a central location, and like being close to more food options.
