These Maui Hawaii condos are located oceanfront in Kahana, a laid-back quiet community between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas.

The Outrigger Royal Kahana has been a favorite of locals and visitors alike for years. They offer studios, and 1-2 bedroom condominiums. Most rooms were upgraded in 2006.

Ocean views of Molokai and Lanai are spectacular, and whale-watching is sensational from December to April. Some of the 2-bedroom units are corner units and offer wrap-around lanais (balconies) to take in the views. All of these Maui Hawaii condos feature full kitchens and washer-dryers.

The beach out front is great for walking and snorkeling, but a little rocky for swimming.

There is also a pool (pictured) and jacuzzi (new in 2007), tennis courts, and BBQ areas.

Just across the street is the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center...There are a couple of great places to eat here including Roy's (pictured) and the Maui Brewing Company (formerly Fish & Game).
