Before contacting Mark, we thought we knew what we wanted to do and see on our vacation. After telling Mark some of the goals for our vacation, he suggested some alternatives that we really hadn't considered and would have had no way of knowing. We booked our trip with Mark and we were so grateful for his advice....his suggestions made the difference between a good vacation and a great vacation!

Even when the airline decided to cancel our flight, Mark worked with us (on a Saturday) to get the issue resolved so we didn't have to worry about it.
